The scope can cover one defined assignment, a recurring managed service, interim support or a coordinated transformation programme.

The deliverables are agreed before work starts and may include assessments, options, recommendations, roadmaps, models, policies or implementation support.

The client retains agreed decision rights and approves material changes.

Yes. BGB-360 can provide bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable support, month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow support, payroll coordination and finance-process improvement. Services can supplement an existing team or operate as an agreed outsourced finance function, subject to defined access, approvals and client responsibilities.

Yes. BGB-360 can help a newly awarded project mobilize its finance function by designing processes and controls, establishing charts of accounts and reporting routines, supporting system setup, defining roles, coordinating recruitment or deployment, preparing opening procedures and providing interim outsourced support while the permanent team is established.

Typical inputs include the legal and operating structure, accounting policies, chart of accounts, opening balances, transaction records, bank and vendor information, tax status, reporting deadlines, current systems, approval rules and access requirements. BGB-360 confirms an engagement-specific information request and transition plan after discovery.

Approval rights are defined in the engagement governance and the client’s authority matrix. BGB-360 may prepare, review, record or coordinate transactions within the agreed scope, but client-designated personnel normally retain bank authorization, management approvals and responsibility for business decisions unless a different lawful arrangement is expressly agreed.

The exact role depends on the selected platform, software provider, implementation partner and client team; BGB-360 does not imply ownership of third-party ERP products.

Yes. BGB-360 can work within client-approved systems and help improve processes, controls, data and reporting around them. Relevant experience may include SAP, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 and other accounting, reporting or business applications. Final resourcing depends on the system, version, access and required skills.

BGB-360 can help define data ownership, clean and map source data, establish validation rules, prepare migration files, reconcile results and coordinate user-acceptance testing. The client validates business meaning and approves final data and go-live decisions. Backup, security and change-control requirements are agreed with the client and technology providers.

BGB-360 can assess repetitive work, reporting needs, data sources, approval points and control requirements, then recommend or support suitable digital improvements. Automation may include standardized templates, workflow, dashboards, reconciliations or system configuration. Feasibility depends on data quality, system capability, licenses, security and expected benefit.

Yes. BGB-360 can support tax and compliance calendars, data collection, reconciliations, documentation, filing coordination, management reporting and liaison with appropriately qualified advisers. Exact services depend on the jurisdiction and applicable regulation. Formal legal or tax opinions are provided only by professionals authorized to do so.

BGB-360 does not present its general advisory support as a statutory audit. Statutory audits and other regulated assurance engagements must be performed by an appropriately licensed audit firm or professional. BGB-360 can help clients prepare for audit, organize schedules and evidence, reconcile balances, address information requests and improve relevant controls.

BGB-360 can review the closing timetable, ledgers, reconciliations, supporting documents, schedules, control evidence and prior findings. It can help assign responsibilities, prepare an audit-request tracker, resolve documentation gaps and coordinate responses. The external auditor remains independent and determines the audit procedures and opinion.

No. BGB-360 provides professional support based on the agreed information, scope and applicable requirements, but cannot guarantee decisions by regulators, tax authorities, auditors, banks or other third parties. The client remains responsible for complete and accurate information, approvals, statutory obligations and timely decisions.

Yes. BGB-360 can design and deliver practical learning for professionals and organizations in areas aligned with its expertise, including finance, reporting, controls, systems, project environments and business capability. Program objectives, audience, format, duration, materials, assessment and any certificate of participation are defined in the proposal.

Yes. BGB-360 can assess the target audience, skill gaps, business context and desired outcomes, then adapt examples, exercises and delivery methods. Training may be remote, on-site or hybrid. The client provides relevant context and confirms participant availability, facilities, technology and internal policies.

BGB-360 Global Talent Solutions help organizations define roles, identify and assess suitable professionals, support mobilization and provide flexible talent arrangements. Support may address permanent, interim, project-based or remote requirements. Final hiring, employment, immigration, background checks, deployment and commercial terms depend on the agreed model and applicable law.

No. BGB-360 can support role definition, sourcing, assessment and coordination, but final selection belongs to the hiring organization. Employment, performance, retention and workplace decisions depend on the employer, candidate, contract, work authorization and applicable law. Any replacement or support terms must be stated in the specific agreement.

BGB-360 uses four stages: Discover the requirement and current state; Design the solution, scope, responsibilities and controls; Execute the agreed activities and deliverables; and Assure quality, governance and performance. BGB-360 is based in Pakistan and can work with clients in Pakistan and internationally. Services may be delivered remotely, on-site or through a hybrid arrangement. The delivery mode depends on scope, client location, access to people and systems, data security, travel, cost, regulation and the need for physical presence.

Timing depends on complexity, data readiness, approvals, systems, locations and client availability. A focused assessment may take less time than an ERP implementation, outsourced finance transition or business transformation. BGB-360 confirms scope, milestones, dependencies and an indicative schedule before execution rather than applying one standard duration.

Fees depend on scope, complexity, duration, seniority, resource volume, location, travel, systems and delivery model. An engagement may use a fixed fee, time-based fee, monthly retainer, milestone structure or another agreed commercial model. BGB-360 provides the proposed basis, assumptions, exclusions and payment terms before work begins.

The client normally appoints a responsible contact, provides accurate and timely information, grants approved access, makes decisions, reviews deliverables, protects credentials, obtains internal approvals and meets statutory obligations. The exact responsibilities, dependencies and escalation routes are documented in the proposal, contract, work plan or responsibility matrix.

BGB-360 agrees access, confidentiality, document handling, communication and approval controls for each engagement. Appropriate safeguards may include need-based access, client-approved systems, confidentiality obligations, secure transfer methods and controlled review and release. Specific legal, security, retention or residency requirements should be disclosed before the engagement begins.

The BGB-360 Education Initiative is a social-impact programme being developed to improve access to teachers and learning opportunities. It has a particular focus on enabling educated women in Pakistan to teach from home and helping learners in remote or underserved communities reach suitable educators beyond their immediate location.

eBGB is BGB-360’s planned education initiative and future portal. It is intended to help students and parents discover suitable teachers and help educators—particularly women seeking flexible work—connect with learners in Pakistan and internationally. No. The eBGB Portal is under development and is marked Coming Soon. Registration, student or teacher sign-in, matching, classes, messaging, payments and other portal functions are not yet available. BGB-360 will activate the separate portal link only after the platform is ready for public use.

eBGB is intended to create a flexible route for qualified women whose family responsibilities, location, mobility or social circumstances limit conventional employment, allowing them to offer teaching from home. It is also intended to help learners in remote communities discover educators outside their locality. These benefits depend on successful platform development, access, verification and safeguarding.

The planned portal is intended to include identity and qualification checks, privacy controls, safe communication, reporting mechanisms, parent or guardian protections for minors, acceptable-conduct rules and clear platform terms. Final controls and policies will be confirmed before launch; platform verification will not constitute a guarantee or professional endorsement of any user.

Under the planned monthly arrangement, the student will pay the agreed fee at the start of the teaching period. BGB-360 will secure the fee during that period. If the teacher does not provide the agreed teaching service, the student’s fee will be 100% refundable in accordance with the platform terms. When the teacher completes the agreed period, the teacher’s fee will be 100% guaranteed for release at the end of that period, subject to the agreement and any documented dispute process.

This planned two-sided assurance is intended to give both students and teachers confidence in the arrangement. BGB 360 (Private) Limited is a registered company with PKR 10 million share capital. Final payment, refund and dispute terms will be published before the portal launches.
