Students and Parents
Search for educators using relevant criteria and compare profiles before deciding whom to contact or engage.
eBGB is a planned public education portal being developed by BGB 360 (Private) Limited. It is intended to help students and parents discover suitable teachers while enabling educators to present their subjects, experience, availability, preferred teaching mode, and learner levels through searchable profiles.
The initiative has a particular social focus on educated women in Pakistan who want to teach from home because family responsibilities, marriage, mobility, location, or other circumstances restrict access to conventional employment. It also aims to extend tutor access to learners in remote and underserved communities and, over time, connect Pakistani educators with students worldwide.
Current status: The eBGB platform and integrated learning management system are under development. Registration, matching, classes, messaging, and payments are not yet live.
Explore eBGB — Coming SoonPurpose and Social Need
Many learners cannot easily identify tutors who match their subject, level, language, schedule, budget, and preferred teaching method. At the same time, capable educators—particularly women and professionals outside major cities—may have knowledge to share but limited access to students or flexible work. eBGB is intended to reduce this discovery gap through an accessible digital platform.
Search for educators using relevant criteria and compare profiles before deciding whom to contact or engage.
Create flexible teaching opportunities from home while making professional knowledge and academic skills visible to learners.
Reach tutors beyond local geographical limits where subject choice, specialist teaching, or learning support may be limited.
Present academic, vocational, language, technology, and professional expertise to suitable learners in Pakistan and internationally.
Planned User Journeys
eBGB is being designed as a two-sided discovery and learning platform. Final features may change during development, but the intended journey is outlined below.
Secure Payments for Both Sides
The eBGB payment process is designed to protect both parties throughout each agreed teaching period. BGB 360 (Private) Limited, a registered private limited company with PKR 10 million share capital, will provide the platform assurance behind every eligible transaction.
The student pays the agreed fee through the portal at the start of the agreement—for example, at the beginning of a month. The student’s fee is 100% secure and refundable if the agreed teaching service is not received, subject to the portal’s published terms and verification process.
The teacher can begin the agreed service knowing that the student’s fee has already been secured through the portal. After the agreed teaching period—for example, one month—is successfully completed, the teacher is guaranteed to receive the applicable secured fee, subject to the portal’s published terms.
The agreed monthly fee is paid through eBGB when the teaching agreement begins.
The portal records and safeguards the payment while the teacher provides the agreed service.
When the agreed month is completed, the secured fee is released to the teacher.
Learning Management
The eBGB portal is intended to be linked with a learning management system so discovery can develop into an organized learning experience. These functions are planned and are not currently available.
Planned tools for availability, lesson scheduling, reminders, attendance, and online session management.
A structured place for teachers to share course materials, lesson resources, and supporting documents.
Planned submission, feedback, evaluation, and learning-progress functions where appropriate to the course.
Controlled communication and relevant learning records designed around privacy and safeguarding requirements.
Reach and Delivery
The portal is being designed initially around Pakistan’s education and employment-access needs, with the ability to support connections across regions and time zones. Depending on user location, teacher availability, safeguarding requirements, and the service agreed between users, learning may be delivered online, in person where appropriate, or through a blended arrangement. International discovery is a planned direction, not a guarantee that a suitable match will always be available.
School, college, university, examination, language, and subject-specific tutoring based on available educator profiles.
Practical, vocational, digital, business, finance, ERP, and professional-skills learning offered by appropriately experienced educators.
Flexible discovery intended to help women, home-based educators, learners with mobility constraints, and people outside major urban centres.
Trust and Responsibility
Because the platform may involve children, women, direct communication, personal information, and payments, trust and safeguarding must be built into the operating model rather than added later.
Planned verification will be designed to check specified information submitted by a user. It will not guarantee teaching quality, suitability, conduct, results, continuous availability, employment, student demand, or earnings.
Students, parents, and educators will remain responsible for reviewing profiles, communicating appropriately, following platform rules, and making informed decisions. Final verification standards and user terms will be published before launch.
BGB-360’s objective is to reduce unnecessary barriers to teacher–student discovery. The intended core access model is free public registration and profile discovery, subject to the final operating, safeguarding, and sustainability model. Any optional paid services, transaction charges, or premium functions introduced later will be explained transparently before use.
BGB 360 (Private) Limited intends to allocate a portion of its profits to support the development, accessibility, and continued operation of the eBGB Education Initiative. The final funding approach may also include responsible partnerships or other sustainable support arrangements consistent with the platform’s social purpose.
Development Status
BGB-360 is developing the separate eBGB platform, defining verification and safeguarding procedures, and evaluating the final LMS and domain structure. The future Explore eBGB link will lead to that platform when it is ready for public use. Until then, this page explains how eBGB is intended to work.
